【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000relatestotheimmunityrequirements,testmethods,andrangeofrecommendedtestlevelsforequipmenttounidirectionalsurgescausedbyovervoltagesfromswitchingandlightningtransients.Severaltestlevelsaredefinedwhichrelatetodifferentenvironmentandinstallationconditions.Theserequirementsaredevelopedforandareapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipment.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtosurges.ThetestmethoddocumentedinthispartofIEC61000describesaconsistentmethodtoassesstheimmunityofanequipmentorsystemagainstadefinedphenomenon.NOTEAsdescribedinIECGuide107,thisisabasicEMCpublicationforusebyproductcommitteesoftheIEC.AsalsostatedinGuide107,theIECproductcommitteesareresponsiblefordeterminingwhetherthisimmunityteststandardshouldbeappliedornot,andifapplied,theyareresponsiblefordeterminingtheappropriatetestlevelsandperformancecriteria.TC77anditssub-committeesarepreparedtoco-operatewithproductcommitteesintheevaluationofthevalueofparticularimmunitytestsfortheirproducts.Thisstandarddefines:–arangeoftestlevels;–testequipment;–testsetups;–testprocedures.ThetaskofthedescribedlaboratorytestistofindthereactionoftheEUTunderspecifiedoperationalconditions,tosurgevoltagescausedbyswitchingandlightningeffectsatcertainthreatlevels.ItisnotintendedtotestthecapabilityoftheEUT'sinsulationtowithstandhigh-voltagestress.Directinjectionsoflightningcurrents,i.e,directlightningstrikes,arenotconsideredinthisstandard.
