适用范围
本标准规定了由内燃机、电动机或二者推动的车辆、机动车群、机动船或装有火花点火内燃机装置的干扰引起移动通信性能降级的评定方法。本标准适用于工作频率为25～1000MHz的移动的接收机设备和系统。本标准仅限于评定话音通信质量的降级。本标准不适用于飞机、铁路上牵引系统引起的干扰。

【摘要】:Extensometersarewidelyusedinthefieldofengineeringandincludemostdevicesusedtomeasuredisplacements,separation,settlements,convergence,andthelike.Fortunnelinstrumentation,extensometersaregenerallyusedtomeasureroofandsidewallmovementsandtolocatethetensionarchzonesurroundingthetunnelopening.Extensometersarealsousedextensivelyassafetymonitoringdevicesintunnels,inundergroundcavities,onpotentiallyunstableslopes,andinmonitoringtheperformanceofrocksupportsystems.Anextensometershouldbeselectedonthebasisofitsintendeduse,theprecisenessofthemeasurementrequired,theanticipatedrangeofdeformation,andthedetailsaccompanyinginstallation.Nosingleinstrumentissuitableforallapplications.1.1Thispracticecoversthedescription,application,selection,installation,datacollecting,anddatareductionofthevarioustypesofextensometersusedinthefieldofrockmechanics.1.2LimitationsofeachtypeofextensometersystemarecoveredinSection.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIvaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.5Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject''smanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
