【摘要】:Intheutilizationofstructuralmaterialsinelevatedtemperatureenvironments,componentsthataresusceptibletofatiguedamagemayexperiencesomeformofsimultaneouslyvaryingthermalandmechanicalforcesthroughoutagivencycle.Theseconditionsareoftenofcriticalconcernbecausetheycombinetemperaturedependentandcycledependent(fatigue)damagemechanismswithvaryingseverityrelatingtothephaserelationshipbetweencyclictemperatureandcyclicmechanicalstrain.Sucheffectscanbefoundtoinfluencetheevolutionofmicrostructure,micromechanismsofdegradation,andavarietyofotherphenomenologicalprocessesthatultimatelyaffectcycliclife.Thestrain-controlledthermomechanicalfatiguetestisoftenusedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofsimultaneouslyvaryingthermalandmechanicalloadingsunderidealizedconditions,wherecyclictheoreticallyuniformtemperatureandstrainfieldsareexternallyimposedandcontrolledthroughoutthegagesectionofthespecimen.1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationofthermomechanicalfatigue(TMF)propertiesofmaterialsunderuniaxiallyloadedstrain-controlledconditions.Ax201C;thermomechanicalx201D;fatiguecycleisheredefinedasaconditionwhereuniformtemperatureandstrainfieldsoverthespecimengagesectionaresimultaneouslyvariedandindependentlycontrolled.ThispracticeisintendedtoaddressTMFtestingperformedinsupportofsuchactivitiesasmaterialsresearchanddevelopment,mechanicaldesign,processandqualitycontrol,productperformance,andfailureanalysis.Whilethispracticeisspecifictostrain-controlledtesting,manysectionswillprovideusefulinformationforforce-controlledorstress-controlledTMFtesting.1.2Thispracticeallowsforanymaximumandminimumvaluesoftemperatureandmechanicalstrain,andtemperature-mechanicalstrainphasing,withtherestrictionbeingthatsuchparametersremaincyclicallyconstantthroughoutthedurationofthetest.Norestrictionsareplacedonenvironmentalfactorssuchaspressure,humidity,environmentalmedium,andothers,providedthattheyarecontrolledthroughoutthetest,donotcauselossoforchangeinspecimendimensionsintime,andaredetailedinthedatareport.1.3Theuseofthispracticeislimitedtospecimensanddoesnotcovertestingoffull-scalecomponents,structures,orconsumerproducts.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.

【摘要】:ISO10350identifiesspecifictestproceduresfortheacquisitionandpresentationofcomparabledataforcertainbasicpropertiesofplastics.Ingeneral,eachpropertyisspecifiedbyasingleexperimentalvalue,althoughincertaincasespropertiesarerepresentedbytwovaluesobtainedunderdifferenttestconditionsoralongdifferentdirectionsinthematerial.Thepropertiesincludedarethosepresentedconventionallyinmanufacturers'datasheets.ThispartofISO10350appliestoreinforcedthermoplasticandthermosettingmaterialswherethereinforcementfibresareeitherdiscontinuouswithafibrelengthpriortoprocessinggreaterthan7,5mmorcontinuous(e.g.fabric,continuous-strandmatorunidirectional).Part1ofthisInternationalStandarddealsspecificallywithunreinforcedandfilledplastics,includingthoseusingfibreslessthan7,5mminlength.
